Common Blue damselfly

A productive day.
Shopping this morning and a nice chat with Mum and Dad in the garden when we dropped it off. A quick walk around the pond at Click Face again looking for dragons. None were playing ball. Maybe it was a bit cool and breezy for them? But there were quite a few of these common blue damselflies around and I’ve not blipped one this year so far.
When we got back, I spent three hours in the front garden, cutting down the hardy geraniums, planting out some things from the greenhouse in the newly uncovered patches of earth and cleaning the block paving - a job I hate doing as it’s not long again before the weeds begin to grow again!
There is still a lot of weeding to be done in the back garden, so depending on the weather, I might make a start on that tomorrow.
