First attempt...

...at galettes. Possibly invented by a French person without a pie tin. I have several and probably should have used them! On the plus side, I now have tasty pies AND fruit caramel. Should have said 'had' as they're long gone.

Foraged blueberries and allotment raspberries. Delicious.
