Happy pie

Due to an unfortunate freezing incident I found myself needing to create a second meal this week from mince. To get something different from the Bolognese, I decided mince would probably work in a pie. Went to look up the hot water crust pastry recipe from Nadiya's I love you pie. Realised it uses mince so just went with that. 10 minutes in to cooking I remembered the steam vents!
