Too close for comfort

This morning our neighbour called to tell us that a worker at our local supermarket has tested positive for the virus. It seems to be a contact from the Victorian second wave, via the Crossroads Hotel.

We are not at any additional risk. (Well, not so far as we know.) Our shopping is delivered and we haven't been to the supermarket for weeks.

But it does demonstrate how quickly we can go from 'Nothing happening near us' to 'Just up the road'.
