Balm Well

Quick walk to work and then and then phone calls and Zooms. An extra meeting after lunch. It was about diversity and was disappointing. Not sure how someone who purports to be a professional trainer after 4 months of Covid, can't run a Zoom session effectively.

Walked home and had a quick look at the Balmwell. The lights were on so I imagine it's getting ready to open tomorrow. Popped into Margiotta, masked. Again I was protecting myself. It seems odd to have to be masked to walk round a large, airy, empty space.

It was after 6 before I got home so my evening started late and I didn't do the things I should have been doing and I did some things I should have avoided.
