a pair of speedos!

only avoided getting stopped for speeding by the gentleman of the law because i was following an old gent in a car (and fuming!!)
after i took the blip the copper stopped the next car for a) speeding and b) not wearing a seat belt. He let the elderly driver off with a warning.
all i got was a blip!
