Morning

Another day in prison
Well I'm tunneling out
I'm going out for a drive on my own to somewhere where there are no people
So suck it up Boris
I have had enough 
This is day 124
17 weeks and 5 days 
2976 hours
And I surely have had enough 
My physical health has suffered badly during the lock in
and my mental health well don't get me started...........
No hugs,no kisses,no shops,no human contact
I've heard of some older folks being scared to.go out now can you really wonder why ???????
People's physical health is important yes but so is their mental health
And a lot of people will come out of this changed[and not for the better]
