Went to Portland again for another quiet walk. This time we parked by Fancy’s Farm and walked over the back towards the YOP. The views all along are lovely and this is an area we haven’t explored very much - found a road we didn’t know existed.
 The rock column is called Nicodemus knob and it was left after the quarry men had finished quarrying in the old Admiralty quarry. It’s about 30 feet tall. 
We walked for about an hour and saw two people at a distance - perfect.
