Cabbage butterfly

Buddlejas are called "Butterfly bush" in German. Obviously they have the right name: As soon they start to bloom, they are full of butterflies and other critters. An easy blip :-)

After the visit and fotoshooting in a field of Marigolds yesterday, Omo has become rather sticky. Perfect, that he decided to lay down at the place, where we removed a spruce. So he should have a good swim in the river - something Omo loves! But J. returned after a very short walk with a limping Omo. It was a bit of a déjà-vu. Omo had a ruptured cruciate ligament oh his right knee last year. We hope, that he has only injured his paw, but the vet thinks that is is the cruciate ligament of his left knee. He got pain reliever until Thursday and a total rest. We'll see. I fear that we have to return to the veterinary clinic.
It is such a pity. Omo just felt better after the second surgery in May, he played again and the walks were up to a normal length.
