Back to baking

I have continued to bake different breads since starting my sourdough journey. Today, I went back to just the basic loaves of bread. Panini sandwiches for dinner this week. I think my favorite is the focaccia bread but all have been good.

My daughter made us cheesecake brownies. Also delicious but I did not take a picture of them. Too busy eating them. She and my husband also finished the fire pit bench. The fire pit itself will not arrive until Friday. Too hot for a campfire anyway.

A much needed rain came through yesterday afternoon. Really a couple hours of hard rain. Will need to mow the lawn again, but we decided to float in the pool instead with a nice cold beverage.
