So the heat returned. 95ºF and high humidity. Supposed to get hotter every day this week.

Spent the morning working on a few wedding details. Gathered some supplies for the kids that will be there. Decided to put blankets on the lawn for them to spread out with clip boards instead of crowding them close at a table.

My daily workouts are more intense with the bride at my side. She wants to make sure she looks good in her wedding dress. If we eat the bread we must add workout minutes - or so she tells me :).

Hot or cold, rain or shine, there is Miya with her ball. She does not dry off before her next dip in the pool. So far her skin hasn't suffered, but we keep an eye out for dry, itchy spots.
