New beginnings

Big day today. I delivered the first part of the new online Mental Health First Aid course to a dozen managers at the OU. Part two follows on Friday, then sessions three and four next week. It’s taken a lot of preparation and hard work to get to grips with the material and the online platform but I really enjoyed it. Lovely group of staff and high levels of engagement. Phew!
