Wandering around Pickering
We spent the afternoon at Pickering. Because of the pandemic no trains are running on The North York’s railway line. Though you could get in to the station, although we found the one gate open by accident. There was nobody else there, so Darren had a good wander around. Steam trains aren’t really my thing, but I wagged my tail occasionally so Darren thought I was enjoying it.
I had a better time at the Castle, I was able to run about a little and we walked the footpath that took us all the way round of the outside of the castle.
