Curry Cottage Pie
So Wednesday Night is my cook night. I made a curry a few weeks ago. We eat half and froze the other. Keema Matar. Made with beef. First time I had made it, not one of my favourites but okay. The recipe book suggested using it for a cottage pie. So I did. The mash was half potato and half sweet potato, plus a tad of butter :). It’s was good.
