Down by the Riverside

I baked a Broccoli and Risotto Torte this morning, though I used green beans instead.  It turned out nicely and we had some for lunch.

After lunch we drove into Stratford, parking up in Old Town, and took a walk by the river.  There were quite a few people around, but space enough for social distancing.  

Things are beginning to look more normal, though the RSC and Other Place are still closed, the cruise boats are running again, the observation wheel operating and there is a summer fairground on the recreation ground which the younger kids were enjoying.  The mini golf was also doing well and there were a couple of boats out from the boat club.

Face coverings are obviously not so popular in Stratford, I only saw two or three people wearing them, maybe eventually it will become part of the New Norm!
