Plane trees...being chopped!

The council gardening team were out early this morning, trimming foliage .....
.not on the Palm tress, ...
....but on the Plane trees....which provide shade for pedestrians,
and are generally found lining the residencial streets.

Each team consists of 2 men....
one in the cherry picker with an electric saw 
The other is on the street, sweeping up and putting the debris in the wagon

Am always grateful that they work so hard for us!
