Croydon Omlette

A lovely day mooching through books and memories, picking flowers from the garden for Mums grave and then shopping in Sainsbury’s at the top of the road for lunch and tea (which I used to do with Mum).

This time is was for Becca who came over after work and we spent all evening gabbing.  A welcome and unexpected visitor  late afternoon was Pete Long, pictured in the garden with Becca, and for whom the house also has memories from our teenage years.

He’s a fantastic jazz musician and so his work (& income) stopped as soon as lockdown started.  He’s had to go online.  Check out the Croydon Omlette here.
