Harold and Trees

Well, one good thing about staying at home is getting a few chores done (slowly slowly).    This is Harold, an excellent and very nice tree guy with the landscape company that the condo uses…they do great work.  (I never knew what “cloud pruning” was….)  He’s cutting this pine tree out as it’s too crowded and it was about to be touching the condo.. He’s already cut the top third, which landed perfectly and now is attaching the rope for the rest of the tree.   Made a huge difference.   We also had an arborist over today to discuss a bit more trimming on the next door neighbor’s Maple  (too big for Harold) that is about to invade our 3rd floor bedroom, (H already cut what he could from the roof!  eek. ) 

While I was in the neighbors’ yard for this picture I grabbed the extra… table and chairs, unusable as overgrown with green stuff.   But photogenic.   Could almost qualify for “Art Around the Block”
