Why should I have to slowdown when the broadband does not. Does it think it is above the law??.

And another thing I find quite confusing is why do people who pass through the village on their way home, which consists of about twenty houses and a pub need to know this or perhaps it is there to remind the residents of what they have and why they moved there in the first place.

Could be however, a marketing ploy for a house that is up for sale.
