I was up very early this morning to try to fix the outstanding problems on the particular interface we were running the workshop on today. I sorted the most important ones but not all of them. I'm grateful that I'm working with a wonderful bunch of people who are very forgiving of the odd glitch and bits of functionality missing. I suppose that's where I can thank Microsoft to some extent. People have got used to very low expectations when it comes to software. If a multi-billion dollar corporation which provides the software on which most of the world runs its business can get away with producing crap bug-ridden, unfriendly products, then little me can perhaps be forgiven for being slightly less than perfect!

A full on day has been successfully navigated and we are now due to have dinner where I'm hoping the conversation can be steered away from Sexual Health for a while! I then have to try to fix a few issues with the interface we're running the workshop on tomorrow. I suspect I'll be up working long after everyone else has gone to bed. I guess this is another metaphorical blip of sorts, taken from my hotel balcony in the snow this morning. I've not actually had a chance to leave the hotel all day.
