Replenishing the vitamin D

It was so lovely to see the sun this morning, not to be blown about the place, or get frostbite on the face! An absolute delight to be out and about today! I may even have managed to get a bit of vitamin D, something in short supply in this part of the world!

I spent the morning volunteering in the church office. Then it was off for an eye test. Apparently my eye sight is improving to the point where I may only need one contact lens! The money saved only will no doubt help to pay for my new phone handset (over the next few years!!). I don't appear to be going long-sighted yet either. One of the few bonuses of achieving middle age, and of an accident to my eye when I was aged 13 - it moved my lens and so my eyesight in that eye has since, ironically, been better in that eye than in my 'good' eye!

I took a total of 4 photos today and this was the best of them. I liked the way the little rose is looking up to the sun! Hope everyone has had a good day. Enjoy your evenings.
