Day 61

Had a lovely day with my godsons walking the dog at the beach.  Much as I would like to post cool photos of them looking like edgy moody teenagers, I know I would have been mortified if my godmother had had social media and posted me, so I’ll refrain ;-)

Instead, decided against colourful flowers and rediscovered my colourful kettlebells.....they’re a bit dusty so it may be time to give them a Russian swing.......
