Lullaby.

Here is a shot of my very weathered wind chime. It’s not exactly a thing of beauty and I know some people can not bear the sound of them.

I however, love the sound of wind chimes. I have them strategically placed, beneath my bedroom window and one of the most soothing things I can do of a summer’s evening is lie in bed with a good book.

With the curtains open to allow for my uninterrupted view of Latrigg, the melodic tones filter through my open bedroom window and have the a most soporific and welcome effect on my often overactive mind.
