Day 198/20 Bike Ride with Andrew

This afternoon I cycled from where I live to the River Itchen and home again. I cycled 9.5 MILES! Thank you so much to Andrew of Backpedalling for taking me out each week, building up my stamina and showing me the local cycle route.

I used to ride everywhere as a child. As I get my confidence back I am really enjoying being out on my bike.
