Gin and Tonic jellies

My tennis pals are coming round tomorrow night for a gin tasting !!
8 of us are bringing different bottles of gin and I'm making supper too.
I've just made these GnT jellies for dessert- a step too far perhaps?
I think Friday might be a write- off, but hey! as the song says:-
