Hike

We took a small hike up one of Ochil roads. One that has a number of farms on it but left to rot by the Arab that owns Highland Spring water. A travesty. When I was young I knew many people that lived in these farms.

Anyway we walked up the road and arrived at Burnside Farm and out ran a good number of killer cattle! They were fixated on Breagha and I decided as she can’t really run now and the cattle were moving towards us, to head back down. I’ve heard numerous stories of folks being trampled by cattle esp when they have dogs.

We had a picnic by the Danny Water which was lovely in the warmth.

Home around 3 and then we walked to one of favourite Cafes, the newly re-opened Hinterland! Sitting out in the warm sun with a coffee and their delicious fruit loaf. Lovely!

Good to see them back.
