Through

the square window I spied the blue tits - they've been checking out the nest boxes and look like choosing the left-hand one. They appear particularly healthy at the moment with some brilliant plumage. Just wait a few months until they've raised a handful of children and they'll look pretty ragged.
I know - I am that tit.
