Bouquet

Meadowsweet flowers seem to be everywhere at the moment, so I thought I'd try making meadowsweet cordial. The recipe says 'take a few flowers, about the size of a wedding bouquet', which isn't very helpful. It has to infuse overnight, so we'll see what it tastes like then. I couldn't spell 'bouquet', it looked all wrong, but then realised it can also mean the characteristic scent of a wine or perfume - very apt for the heady smell of Meadowsweet.
