Warm day today. I didn't go into town after my visit to the health clinic. To warm and my lungs weren't happy. I was very hoars when I talked to the nurse taking my blood pressure, but I managed to tell her about the side effects I've had during the past three weeks so she agreed with me to stop the medication. 
I'm so looking forward to getting me back to normal and have the energy to start getting back into shape.
