Exercise completed first thing before a zoom meeting with some trainee teachers.
A difficult phone call was completed by mid afternoon so Li'l sis and I went for a stroll and some lunch at a lovely local coffee shop.
We then sat and watched the wild life at the riverside to enjoy the sun.
We spotted a few rare black headed gulls amongst the regulars.
