The Palladian Bridge

We all went to Stowe Gardens NT in Buckinghamshire today for a walk around the grounds. Precooked our entry time of course.
The photo is of the Palladian bridge over the lake and if you look closely you might see J and the others looking outwards.
After walking through the gardens with fine views across the lakes and managing to see just about every sculpture, building, and temple there was to see we decided that several visits would be needed to familiarise yourself with everything.
After this the girls were left sitting by the lake whilst P and I trekked back to the cars to get the picnic hampers.
My word were they heavy or what!! I think we had enough food for ten people at least whereas there were only four of us.
Enjoyed the picnic though but will have to think of getting something with wheels on for future use lol :))
