Friday .....

My lovely Friday flower - I can’t take the glory for this, I purchased a planter ready done, only with dahlias in, one of my favourite flowers :)

Interesting day, juggling work with staff shortages - annual leave as well as TOIL and sickness. We had to drawer on other members of staff to help. We have a very good and supportive team. When you have a frontline service to cover, you need to make sure you have sufficient staff. We do, but with remote working not always easy to see who is off. I think lessons learnt and tighter process in the pipeline. :)

Looking forward to a sunny Saturday and not so sunny Sunday.
