Shower Time

Miss42 tonight after her shower showing off her different faces.

I needed to blip little miss tonight as I forgot to mention the other night something remarkable. Well remarkable to her. And us.

At playgroup the other day a man came in with some snakes for the kids to meet. Not only did Miss42 love seeing the snakes (and having a giant boa constrictor across her knee) but that evening she discovered that she could say 's'.

Until now 'snake' has been 'd-nake' but no more.

"I can say ss's" she announced proudly and then we went through all the words we could think of with the "s" sound in them.

Whether the slithering snake spoke to her or it was the weeks of talking about ss's we'll never know.
