An apple a day...

Thankfully I'm not ill enough for a doctor! After my unpleasant day yesterday, I tried to eat a little, and do seem to have an operational digestive system again, though I've not exactly been overtaxing it, but I am still horribly wabbit, didn't sleep well last night at all, so having back blipped yesterday's pretty sunrise shot, as soon as this is posted I'm off back to bed. Pathetic is right!
