Outdoor Boy

This morning Cyclops and CyclopsJnr scrambled round the rocks along the coast, exploring Stream Bay, The Mine Cave, Narrow Bay, Middle Bay and Far Bay before coming back inland.  We saw a Buzzard hovering over the cliffs, and explored the plantlife in the peat bogs.

Later we all walked round to Black Rocks for some more fishing (again unsuccessful).

The contrast between this year and last is remarkable - he can walk so much further with so much less assistance in avoiding bogs and cliffs.   His strength and stamina sometimes make his parents feel tired, especially since a bit like an enthusiastic puppy he often seems to cover five times the distance we do with his exploring!
