Kinghorn Bay

Road trip in Alan’s van. First stop Colinton for a second hand bed. Then Kinghorn, and three flights of stairs with bed and king size mattress.

Off to Glasgow, to take away broken furniture from the Woodlands flat - but there’s a surprise. The cleaners have left full big bags on the new carpet and they’re stinking. One of them leaks noxious liquid as we carry it out, down the stairs, to the bins.

Then to Yorkhill, to empty Megan’s flat. There’s much less than there was in Angus’. Still, by the time we get home we’re in no mood for unloading. That will have to wait until tomorrow.
