Tapas experiment
To-be-Baked goats cheese, basil & tomato avec un drizzle of honey and flaked almonds. Bung in oven for 20m and nyom with some crusty bread. some bits will come out a bit caramelised but never mind. still tastes yummy.
I've been watching a lot of travel cooking shows and I was feeling like something tapas-y.
I also wanted to use up that goat's cheese before it turns into a Roquefort. :) That's our balcony basil as well.
It is so tasty, you don't even realise the dish is vegetarian, which is the best way to make a man forget about meat. However, Mr Limey wanted his own dish, so clearly my sharing tapas idea sort of backfired in terms of portion sizes. :)
