Caught in the act.

Our cheeky squirrel paid a visit again this afternoon and he just knows he'll be shooed off the bird's nuts but he goes for them regardless. As I was sitting outside reading the paper I looked up to see a large grass snake passing close by. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera to hand but I'll be on the lookout from now on.
We had a bike ride this morning to the bird hide but no swallows nest this year. Plenty of families were arriving at the beach but it's so long that they were well spaced apart.
