The Colourful Clowns of the Sea

After a great trip to the May Isle there are so many photos to look at before selecting one, and a few extras, for today's blip.

A good boat trip, if a bit choppy at times, out to the island. Only 40 passengers instead of the usual 100 and we all had our designated seats

. There were some restrictions on the island and sadly, Bishop's Cove our favourite spot for good close up shots was a no go area .... the path is too narrow to maintain social distancing.

Not only puffins on the island. The dive bombing Arctic Terns making the most awful racket as we walked through the nesting grounds and then out to the cliffs where the elegant Guilliemots stood like statues making not a sound.
