Remembering

A beautiful, sunny day for our memorial gathering for Graham this afternoon, in a meadow overlooking the Mayfield Valley on the outskirts of Sheffield. The kayak (from yesterday's entry) in some ways stood in for a coffin, and was decorated with flowers and candles. We sang, the grandchildren chased each other in the grass, we had socially distanced picnics. G would have approved.
