Woodhead

A bright, sunny, summer day, at last. A pleasant breeze throughout the day and a good temperature for walking and gardening. That sums up the day. The view is from the edge above Millhouse Green looking towards the Woodhead Pass to Lancashire. Clear air and skies give lovely views. Just a pity that this part of our walk was disrupted by three blokes on motorbikes and a convoy of 4x4's who all decided that their Sunday morning is going off road and belching fumes and stirring up dust.
