Bridleway

Day off! Sort of... no such thing as a real day off when you run your own business. Morning of admin, some kit sorting, few chores then off out on the bike for 38ks of easy bridleways - Staveley to Troutbeck, down to Brockhole, back up and over to Kentmere then home. Legs felt heavy (no surprise really after the epic run of mountaineering work I've had) but was good to be out and the weather was great
