Favourite dish

Baked aubergine for dinner, one of my favourite meals. Nice walk to start the day and then a few jobs. We sorted the camper as it’s not been used for months and we are off tomorrow for a few days. Booked onto a farm site so should be quiet.
Not sure how I feel about being away but it’s only a few days to see how it goes and then we think we will go to Scotland for a few weeks later in the year.
