It's a grave matter!

Nipped out with Jonty to water the graves and noticed how lovely the little rose bush is that I put into my Sister in Law Sonia's grave (that's the one that's not dead yet, just a place marker for her!).
In the background is my Father in Law, Peter Hendrickus Zegveld, known to all in the RAF as 'Ziggy'.
There is a weed in the graves that is driving me mad. It's a creeper and has a thin vine like stem that takes root and moves on to creep further away and take root again! I keep pulling it out as much as I can, even getting some of the 'strings' and pulling out a couple of feet of it but it's there again within a week or so.
I'll take a photo and see if anyone can identify it.
