Routine...

.... the only way to describe today. Cleaning, tidying, walk into Dunblane and across the river ( very low at the minute) and back to make dinner. Roast pork with jerk spices, sweet potatoes and roast veg.
Niggly headache that I'm hoping will go in the night.
