Parasol

We went up to Whitbarrow to walk our butterfly transects this afternoon. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as forecast but it was a good walk, Jenny came along too. We saw some Helleborine and a few parasol mushrooms.
It’s a great view from the top, see extra, and a breeze to blow away the cobwebs!
Just popped out to spot comet Neowise in the northern sky, it’s worth having a look as the tail is quite visible and impressive in a low key sort of way!
