MONO MONDAY (Relaxed)

   For the theme of Mono Monday today - which is "relaxed," I want to give a shout out to the local Authority for New Brighton for finally stopping their relaxed atitude and at last completing the New Bright Clocktower repairs - after nearly 10 bloody years!!  The clock has been in disrepair since the Christchurch Earthquakes in 2011. So here's my rant for Mono Monday #339.
