The Horseman and the cone
Hi, this is my first blip in a long while. Getting loads of work done on the house and feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all. So much so that I haven't really been taking any photographs at all. I know, the extension work would have been the ideal opportunity but I can't say that I felt like that. It is nearing completion, so maybe once it's done I'll blip the end result. Feeling really guilty about not taking photos and blipping. Especially as I'll be leaving the wonderful city of Glasgow soon. Our offices are moving to some man made office park in North Lanarkshire where the only things I'll be able to photograph with enthusiasm are Eddie Stobbart lorries on the motorway! Perhaps I'll become a real Eddie Spotter.
Anyway in memory of this wonderful city, I thought I'd get my finger and my camera out and start taking photos again. And again in memory of Glasgow, I thought I'd take this chap as he's pretty famous in this city. This statue is outside the Glasgow modern art gallery and he always, but always has a traffic cone on his head. For a long time the authorities would remove it and overnight another one would appear. Don't think they bother now. Today I noticed that he had a cone and so has his horse - so an ideal blip.
