Silver Lane Lakes

I have mentioned before, that now the dogs are getting older they are no longer up for long walks. So we have got into the habit of going for long weekend walks without them.
Its lovely, we walk together more, we are more aware of the surroundings rather than focusing on a mutt, and we talk, non stop.
Today was a few hours around Silver Lane Lakes, we only passed another two couples in all that time and the approach along the bridleway looking over farmland was as lovely as the lakes themselves.
