We’re in Millaa Millaa, Queensland.

Millaa is the local Aboriginal word for waterfall. When a word is repeated in aboriginal languages it makes it multiple. Hence town of many waterfalls. Not surprisingly there are rainforests and waterfalls nearby.

This repetition occurs commonly in Australian town names. Perhaps the most famous is Wagga Wagga - Pronounced wogga wogga . Town of many crows.
